Traqmon is a check-in and check-out system for Kumon franchise
centers. If something is not working, email
support@traqmon.com and a person will
reply.
Traqmon K-SIS Sync (browser extension)
The extension reads your center's student roster and guardian contact details
from K-SIS and sends them to your Traqmon account, so the roster stays current
without a manual file export.
- It has no screen of its own. You use it from inside
Traqmon, under Students & K-SIS, where you press
Sync now.
- It never asks for or stores your K-SIS password. It uses
the K-SIS session already open in your browser.
- It does nothing on its own. No schedule, no background
activity. It runs only when you ask it to, and only Traqmon's own web app
can ask it.
Installing it
Desktop Chrome or Edge:
Traqmon K-SIS Sync on the Chrome Web Store.
Edge installs from the same page. It updates itself, and there is nothing to
download or unzip.
Common problems
- “This device can’t run the Traqmon extension.”
You are on a phone or a tablet. No phone or tablet can run a browser
extension — on iOS this is an Apple platform rule, not a Traqmon
limitation. Sync from a desktop computer; everyone else sees the result
once it has run.
- “The Traqmon extension isn’t answering.”
Check
chrome://extensions lists Traqmon K-SIS Sync and
that it is enabled. It works in desktop Chrome and Edge; Safari and Firefox
cannot run it.
- The sync ran but a guardian’s details are wrong.
Correct them in K-SIS. A later sync overwrites guardian name, phone and
email with whatever K-SIS holds, so a change made only in Traqmon does not
survive.
- You would rather not install anything. You do not have to.
Traqmon imports the same data from a K-SIS file export, which is the default
way to do it.
Removing it
Open chrome://extensions, find Traqmon K-SIS Sync and
choose Remove. Nothing is left behind on your computer — the
extension stores nothing locally. Data already synced into Traqmon is unaffected
and is managed from inside Traqmon.
