For the center to print and use at enrolment. Updated 2026-10-14.
This is the form a parent fills in to agree to pickup text messages. Print it, or copy the block below onto your own enrolment paperwork.
Three rules about how it is used, each required by the mobile carriers rather than by us:
Text message alerts from [CENTER NAME]
[CENTER NAME] uses Traqmon to send one text message when your child has finished their session and is ready to be collected.
Mobile number for pickup alerts:
_______________________________☐ I agree that [CENTER NAME], using Traqmon, may send me text messages about my child's pickup at this number.
- What you will receive: pickup alerts only. No marketing, no promotions, no newsletters.
- How often: about two messages a week while your child is attending. Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email support@traqmon.com.
- Privacy policy: traqmon.com/privacy · Terms: traqmon.com/terms · How these texts work: traqmon.com/sms-consent
This agreement is only about text messages. It is not required to enrol, and declining it changes nothing else about your child's place at the center.
Parent or guardian name:
_______________________________Signature:
_______________________Date:______________
Replace [CENTER NAME] with your center's name as parents know it, in both places. That name has to sit next to the phone number field, because a parent must be able to see who will be texting them at the moment they write the number down.
Everything else is fixed. The wording was reviewed against the mobile carriers' requirements and each line is there because one of them asks for it, so changing a line risks the registration that lets the messages send at all.
Keep them. They are the record that consent was given, they are the center's to hold, and a carrier or a parent may ask about one. Traqmon never sees them and does not store them.
Then enter the number in Traqmon, on the student's contacts page, and make sure that guardian is marked to receive pickup notices.
A number with no signed form should not be entered for notices. The software cannot tell the difference, which is exactly why this is the center's responsibility and is written down as such.
Either works, and both take effect immediately:
To start again, the parent asks the center. There is deliberately no text keyword that turns messages back on, so nobody can be re-subscribed by a message sent to the number.
